PPS administrators and school board members need to hear from the PPS community and the public about the issue of pesticides. However, do remember that these are busy people who deal with many important issues each day. You will be more likely to receive a positive response if you are brief and courteous in stating your concerns, and respectful of everyone's time.
PPAP recommends that it is most appropriate to contact the people below in the order listed, moving down the list only if you do not receive an adequate response to your initial letter(s) or call(s). Thus, it is generally most appropriate to contact PPS administrators first with your concerns. Contact the Superintendent and school board only as a last resort if you feel your concerns are not adequately addressed by PPS administration.
